We could paraphrase this as "the cooking is done at sea" since Alla Dama Bianca brings the fruits of the sea it overlooks directly to the tables situated on its ample terrace. Alla Dama Bianca uses products of the highest quality by selecting the best from the catch of the day at the local fish markets and also thanks to its own fishing boat. Expert chefs and kitchen staff keep the culinary traditions of Istria alive and knowingly blend flavours to delight the palate. A selection of the best wines from all over the world offers the perfect accompaniment for each dish. A part of the Varisco family has made a living from fishing for centuries so it is easy to imagine their high standards when choosing fish. The history of the family also explains the tendency to keep to local gastronomic traditions without completely overturning them and this why our clients return to Alla Dama Bianca year after year, certain to find the same flavours that won their palate the first time and for which they are returning.
The restaurant's staff has been with the Varisco family for years working under the head-waiter Paolo; a man with winning ways and a true authority on gastronomy and savoir-faire.

Romantics are lured to the tables overlooking the sea and to dinners on the terrace in summer; those wishing for a taste of local tradition will appreciate our menù degustazione; businessmen are also accounted for with lunches, brunches or small meetings with a buffet service in the garden (hotel rooms are also available with an "all included" package deal).
The restaurant seats 100 people in summer, 70 in the winter.
